Published: The Day the Circus Came to Town and Never Left Again in Strange Constellations

This story currently holds the record for the longest title out of all my stories. A few years ago, I saw a photo manipulation of this striped circus tent floating in the air, and I immediately knew that I needed to write something based off of it. My story, “The Day the Circus Came to Town and Never Left Again,” went through a lot of iterations and had some trouble settling into the right niche, but I think it found the perfect home in Strange Constellations. If you liked the subtle romance and speculative nature of “Old School Sensibilities,” then there’s a good chance you’ll enjoy this story. Let me know what you think.

Oh, and Strange Constellations releases all stories under a Creative Commons license, so if you do go ahead and play around with it, please be sure to share!
